Have a question about our party rentals?  We have an answer!

Q. What is included in your free set up and take down?

A.  When we arrive at your venue, we will take the party rental products to your desired location and set up the tables and chairs.  After your event is over, we break them all down again.  Most party rental companies charge for this service or drop them at the front door and make you do all the work!  Please note that your event location must be within 100 feet of an accessible drop off location and have ground floor access to be eligible for free set up and take down. We do NOT set up linens, dishes, lighting and other special items. Please inform us PRIOR to delivery if there are special requirements for accessing your event location, such as steep driveways, stairs, or limited access to site.

 

Q. What do you need to reserve my order?

A.  We will need your credit card number to reserve your order.  However, we will not charge anything to your card until we arrive on your delivery day.  If you are paying with cash or check, we will still need your credit card number to reserve your order. 

 

Q.  Do you offer any discounts?

A.  We always offer a seasonal special.  Check out our home page to see our current offer. 

 

Q.  What is your delivery fee?

A.  We charge a very reasonable delivery fee based on your zip code.  We will let you know how much when you call to reserve your order.  Please inform us PRIOR to delivery if there are special requirements for accessing your event location, such as steep driveways, stairs, or limited access to site. We charge an additional fee for any delivery or pick-up before 8am and after 8pm.

Q. Can I pick up my tables and chairs?

A. No, we are a delivery only business at this time.  


Q.  When will you deliver my tables and chairs?  When do you pick them up?

A.  Depending on availability and your event time, we can either deliver your tables and chairs the day before or the day of your event.  We will pick up your rental items after your event is over or the next day.  We schedule your delivery and pick up times when you place your order.  We charge an additional fee for any delivery or pick-up after 8pm.

Q.  How many people can I sit at a 60” round table?  What about a 72” table?

A.  A 60” table comfortably seats 8 people, however you can squeeze up to 10.  A 72” table seats 10-12.

Q. How many people can I sit at a 6' long table? What about an 8' table?
A. A 6' banquet table can sit 3 on each side and 1 on each end for a total of 8 people.  An 8' banquet table can sit 4 on each side and 1 on each end for a total of 10 people.

 

Q.  What size linens do I need for my tables?

A.  Please see our linen page for colors and size options.

 

Q.  What if I don’t see the party rental product I need on your site?

A.  We are constantly updating our inventory, so if you don’t see the items you need on our site, just contact us for availability.  We are more than happy to custom order any linens you need as well if given enough notice.  If we don't have what you are looking for, we will do our best to find it.  To see a list of our current party rentals, please visit our products page.

Q. I am a repeat customer.  Will you give me a better deal on my party rentals since I've used you before?
A.  We want your business over and over again!  Give us a positive review on Google or Yelp and we will add you to our list of customers to thank on future orders!

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. While we do not require a deposit, any order canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery will be charged the full rental price of any items reserved.  Custom ordered linens cannot be canceled once ordered.  All changes to your order must be made 7 days in advance of your delivery date. Any reduction to the item quantities received within 7 days of the event will be subject to a restocking fee.

Q. Do you deliver to Phoenix?
A. No, but we happen to know the best table and chair rental company in Phoenix! Call Royalty Rentals if you need tables, chairs or linens in the Phoenix area.
